Music:I spent the first half of my life as a musician, so I love music of all kinds - I was trained as a classical musician but I have a real fondness for a wide variety of World Music, including African, Celtic, Asian, Bluegrass.... Traditional jazz is always delicious, and of course, I was raised on ROCK N ROLL! |

Movies:I love movies almost as much as I love writing and books! I especially enjoy indie films from the UK, but my favorite movie genre is sci-fi. Few things make me happier than a great movie! |

Television:Considering all the channels, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot to watch on TV these days (good thing, or I'd waste WAY too much time in front of the tube), but I do enjoy The Daily Show, NOW, Doctor Who, Heroes, Battlestar Galactica, Torchwood, Eureka, LOST, Extras and Northern Exposure (love those reruns). |

Books:I read mostly sci-fi, horror and fantasy with a few mainstream and literary titles thrown in for good measure.
