About Me |
| What do you want to know????
I like music, music, music and then more music, art, craft, cinema, wee furry animals, diet Irn Bru, books, glittery sparkly stuff, going to gigs, going out, staying in, sleeping, talking, listening, starbars, people who are incredibly neat and tidy, people who are incredibly untidy and don't care, people who don't take themselves too seriously, people who are always the same and don't change to suit the situation, people who make me laugh, people who accept me and like me just for being me........Get Your Own! | View Slideshow .. |

My Interests |
I love Music, Gigs, Films, Chocolate, My boys, Interior design, Craft stuff, Good Holidays, Children, Books, Animals and loads of other things........... |
I'd like to meet:I dont really have a list of people that I'd like to meet. To be honest I think it's nicer just to meet people by chance instead of having a checklist...... I've already met all of Marillion (H sang Happy Birthday to me on the radio which was really nice), Fish, Mike Peters and Roger Taylor from Duran Duran. I'll be happy to meet anyone famous who doesn't take themself too seriously.I have no time for anyone with their head stuck up their own arse....I believe everyone should suck the chocolate off of their own peanut M&M's and that applause should always be spontaneous and not given because you were given orders to do so;0) |
Music:I love all sorts of music. These are a few of my favourites:JUNK, Marillion, Forgotten Sons, Dixie Chicks, Placebo, The Alarm, Jellyfish, Keane, Alanis Morrissette, Duran Duran, Green Day, Deacon Blue, Natalie Imbruglia, Amos Lee, Francis Dunnery, Steve Hogarth, Kieran Docherty, Fourgoodmen 80'S and lots more....To be totally honest, I just love music and can't imagine life without it ;0) |
Movies:I go to the cinema every week so I have a huge list of films that I really like. These are just a few: Alive, The Seventh Sign, Die Hard, Jaws, Cold Mountain, Animal House, Sleepless in Seattle, Ghost, Pretty Woman, Truly Madly Deeply, The Notebook, Seven, Carlito's Way, The Sound of Music, The Hitcher, Serenity, Grease, Dances with Wolves, Finding Nemo, Secretary, Cruel Intentions, Closer, Legends of the Fall,The Outsiders, Little Miss Sunshine, Hallowe'en, anything that kicks ass. I also have a rather long list of films which I think were utter pants but I'd rather not dwell on those. My favourite quote upon leaving the cinema after 'Fatal Attraction' was from some pretentious tw*t who said, 'Oh, I thought the cinematography was excellent'in a very posh voice......I'm more a 'that was utter sh*te' kind of a girl |
Television:Don't really watch that much TV but if I do, my faves would be Lost (mmmmm Sawyer),Sex & the City, BB(there's nothing quite like car crash TV), Invasion, American Gothic, Friends (just as good in repeats;0) ),I love the music channels (apart from R'n'B and Hip Hop). |
Books:I love books and will happily spend hours with my head stuck in a book. Love Dean Koontz, James Patterson, Anita Shreve and loads of others. My favourite book ever is probably 'Flowers in the Attic' which I read several times as a teenager...I've just re-read the entire 'Flowers' series yet again |
