| I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4 Hi Everyone! My name's Kirsten Gundersen and I'm a singer/songwriter. Grew up in Suffolk and moved to London 3 years ago so I could gig, write and perform more and got fed up of people's sofa's and Travelodges! I've been playing the piano for 16 years, writing for 10 years and gigging for as long as I can remember. I love experimenting with different styles but I will always go back to writing classic melodies with just me and my piano! From a young age I've been very influenced by U2, The Stranglers, Depeche Mode, OMD, Tori Amos, Blondie, No Doubt, and now Pink, Coldplay, Snow Patrol, Green Day, Gwen Stefani and generally anything that has a great beat with a great melody. . Thankyou so much to the fantastic producers and writers that I have been blessed to work with, who all gave me their precious time and amazing talent. Thanks to Douglas Carr, David Clewitt, Carsten Kroeyer, Reuben Martin, Iggy Strange-Dahl, Erik Lewander, Tommy Denander, Mike Stevens, Pascal Consoli, Martin Bushell, Paul Roberts, Chris Neil, Phil Harding, Ian Curnow, Andy Allder, Billy Mowbray, Christian Ingebrigsten, Mark Stevens, Ronnie Wilson and Terry Adams...phew! I have recorded at many studio's but always come home to my trusted Korg Trinity which I've had a beautiful relationship with for 7 years. We've written some great songs together. Of course it's all thanks to my mum and dad for buying it for me. Thank God I didn't opt for the car! Hope you like the tracks you hear and get to a gig when you can. I am currently writing and producing a new album which will be out later this year.
