| The long silence has been broken! UNBURIED deliver a fresh slab of brutal cold cuts that will make you want to get in the pit and hack and slash your way though a pool of dead whores and rotting scumbags! This split CD with Seeking Obscure, is a preview of what's to come from this gruesome twosome. Underground deathmetal at its best. UNBURIED have it all going on, catchy grooves and fast death blasts that will satisfy your gorey palette. ____________________________________________________________ _____UNBURIED was conceived within the crazed and twisted mind of Matt Pike in the year 1994. UNBURIED was designed as a therapeutic release of lifes frustrations and complexities often taking form in a very aggressive and untamed manner. Matts vision first manifested with a three track debut cassette demo release simply titled Demo ..1, with Christian Taylor (vocals) and Mark Riddick (drum machine). The 1998 follow-up demo, Tortured Remains, received much praise throughout the international underground death metal scene. This second opus of sickness and gore featured session members Rebecca Hawkins (vocals) and Mark Riddick (bass, drum programming). In 2001, Matt and Mark released a promo intitled Stab, Hate , Mutilate.... In which a small label shown interest, but it was never released. Then again in 2003, UNBURIED, recorded a new 6 song promo intitled, Love for Dismemberment. This six promo, cought the attention of Metalbolic Records owner Rob Lucky. You can hear four of the six songs of this promo, on METELBOLIC RECORDS- UNBURIED /SEEKING OBSCURE, Split cd! UNBURIED are currently working as a 3 peice (Matt Pike- guitar/vocals, Mark Riddick -bass and Brian Foreman-drums.
