Captured is a hard-working, hard-rocking band from Greenville-area, South Carolina that exists to bring great hard-rock to the masses. Founding members Chris Haile and Tristan Adams have been honing Captured's brand of rock and roll for the past seven years, resulting in a melding of soaring melodies with classic rock rhythms and modern rock's hard edge. When playing a worship setting, Captured is known for adding their own edge to today's popular worship songs.

Captured released a self-titled, self-produced full-length CD in the Spring of 2006 to a warm welcome from their South Carolina fans. Since then they've sold over 500 copies of it, many more electronic downloads, and have done so through weekend touring of the southeast. Captured has shared the stage most recently with Gotee Records' Fighting Instinct in Darlington, South Carolina; Roadrunner Record's Blackstone Cherry, and Epic Record's RED.

Tristan and Chris have for over seven years been defining their style, direction, and sound. Along with more recent additions, Jon and Chat, Captured combines these four individual musical tastes an influences into a sound all their own. Rarely has a band been so widely accepted from people of all ages and musical tastes.

Captured is taking their infectious style all across the nation offering fans entertainment with substance. Pulling from personal experiences Captured delivers their lyrical pictures in harsh yet very real colors.

Captured is currently writing and preparing for a new EP to be released in April/May of 2008. After surviving three personnel changes, Captured find itself at its most refined, bringing the influences of each member to the forefront when democratically crafting new songs. Captured will be playing three to four shows a month during this time, testing out the new songs on the crowd to bring the live performance element to the new recording.
