Formerly known as Xuxa Godbody and the Apocalyptic Beach Party, Garbage Barge has set itself apart from other local acts due its original blend of humor, satire, wit, and attitude. Pooling influences from the likes of GWAR, S.O.D., Primus, and even Frank Zappa, the band produces a sound and personality all its own. Metal, jazz, rock and pop meet in a catastrophic explosion of sound!
With their debut album “Monolith of Trash” out now, the landscape of music will forever be changed. Featuring songs that range in subject matter from the disturbing and/or inappropriate to just plain bizarre, Garbage Barge will certainly continue to shock and entertain their fans for years to come...
