| I have been running "Nutrifit Weight Management Systems" for 15 years now. I have dedicated myself to helping athletes and non-athletes alike, achieve their fitness goals. From weight loss to weight gain and competitve athletics,the goals vary, but the principles are the same:Proper nutritionProper exercise protocolProper supplementationSystematic and consistent adjustment to and application of these variables.I was a competitive bodybuilder from 1983-2007. Along the way, I have won dozens of local titles and, more recently, 3 national titles in the IFBB. Last year, for the third year in a row, I won the heavyweight division at the North American Championships.
