Demo 2005 - Thee orakle

EP - Secret - 2007

2007: A edição de autor, o EP “Secret”, é lançada em Abril, um misto de death/doom gothic metal. Participam pois numa das Warm Up do Barroselas Metal Fest; e iniciam a Secret Tour, com diversos concertos a nível nacional, dos quais se destaca as duas datas de banda de apoio à visita dos israelitas Orphaned Land a Portugal. Tornam-se ibéricos ao visitar por duas vezes o território espanhol, em festivais de rock/metal. As críticas dentro e fora do país aumentam e “Secret” é comentado maioritariamente de maneira positiva, destacam-se a Metal Observer e a Metal Team UK. Entretanto e auxiliando o alargar de horizontes alguns dos temas do EP são escutados regularmente em rádios nos E.U.A., Alemanha e Espanha; não deixando claro de o mesmo se repetir em várias rádios nacionais. Ao mesmo tempo, Webzines e promotoras, convidam a banda a divulgar alguns temas em compilações. Após o fim do Verão e das datas estipuladas para a Secret Tour, a banda dedica o máximo de tempo à composição do 1º registo de longa duração que vai ser gravado no próximo ano…

2006: A banda inicia este novo ano com bastante garra, os convites que os Thee Orakle recebiam foram aumentando, e assim o número de concertos também. Em Janeiro a banda é convidada a apresentar-se no primeiro Guimarães Metal Fest; entretanto participaram no concurso da conceituada revista LOUD!.Pelo estrangeiro a banda começa a divulgar algumas músicas, através da Breakthru Radio nos E.U.A. ; o conceituado site Live 4 Metal faz também uma óptima crítica acerca da desenvoltura dos elementos dos Thee Orakle e da qualidade de algumas músicas. A nível nacional, a Webzine Lusitânia de Peso convida a banda a ceder um tema, Sea of Life, da Demo de 2005, para a sua primeira compilação. Durante este ano a banda esteve também a trabalhar na composição e gravação do seu primeiro EP, ao mesmo tempo que ia tocando com bandas como God, Holocausto Canibal, etc. No final do ano a banda participa no concurso nacional de bandas Ga-Rock Fest arrecadando o 1º lugar.

2004/
2005: A história da banda começa em Dezembro de 2004, quando os primos Fred e Romeu juntam-se ao amigo e vizinho Luis e ainda Pedro. Em Março de 2005, completam line-up e iniciam a fase de trabalho. Gravam Demo com Daniel Carvalho nos primeiros estúdios da Fast Foward no Porto. O primeiro concerto da banda efectuou-se no festival nacional de bandas RockNordeste em Julho, onde alcançaram o 3º lugar e efectuam alguns concertos, mostrando o seu trabalho pela região norte.

2007:The self-edited EP “Secret” came out in April and it's a mixture of death/doom gothic metal. Thee Orakle participate on the Warm Ups Barroselas Metal Fest and began the Secret Tour. With several concerts at the national ground of which highlights the band two dates in support of the Israelis Orphaned Land visit to Portugal. Thee Orakle become Iberian visiting twice the Spanish territory on rock/metal festivals. The criticism inside and outside the country increases and “Secret” is reviewed with positive words, it's the Metal Team UK and the Metal Observer who speaks louder.
Meanwhile, helping broaden the horizons, some of the themes of the EP are heard regularly on radio stations in the United States, Germany and Spain, while the same happens on several national radios.
At the same time, webzines and promoters invited the band to disclose some themes in compilations. After the end of summer and the dates set for the Secret Tour, they spend most of time on the composition of the first long-length registration which will be recorded in the next year…

2006: The band starts the New Year with a lot of courage, the invitations that Thee Orakle received were increasing, and so the number of concerts as well. In January the band is invited to self-present in the Guimarães MetalFest. Meanwhile participates in the competition of the well known LOUD! Magazine. Foreign conquer begins through Breakthru Radio in the USA, the site LIVE 4 METAL makes also a great criticism about the good and easy behaviour of Thee Orakle´s elements and the quality of some songs. In Portugal, the Lusitânia de Peso Webzine, invites the band to promote a theme, Sea of Life (Demo 2005), for its first compilation. This year the band also works on the composition and recording of their first EP, while playing with bands like GOD, Holocausto Canibal, and so… At the end of December the band participates in the national competition of bands GA-ROCK Fest getting the first place.

2004/
2005:The band started in December of 2004 when cousins Fred and Romeu, their neighbour Luis and Pedro join together as a band. In March 2005 completed line-up and began recording a Demo with Daniel Carvalho at the Fast Forward Studios in Oporto. The first live gig performs was in the national festival of bands ROCKNORDESTE in July, where they reached the 3rd place. Thee Orakle began so showing their work in the northern of Portugal.
