| there's something to be said for not saying much. in a thoughtful kind of mood at the moment and thought i'd play with this thingy a little.
i'm a single mother of four boys (two by birth, two by the soon to be over marriage - but they're still mine), who finds fun in the most obvious and unexpected places. while i have my moments of downtime, i tend to be on the go. whether it's with the kids, work, friends, family or out and about, i like to keep moving.
learned to hold a golf club a few weeks ago . . . and swing it too, even hit the ball to the yellow flag! that was fun! and hot. and sweaty. but fun!
"happiness and sunshine" isn't just a phrase for me. it's a way of life. it's finding the silver lining and forgetting the cloud. it's dealing with the problem and moving on with a smile on your face. it's teaching my kids that sometimes life sucks, but it's always worth living.
