Hello all and thanks for dropping by my page to find out who I am. First and for most, I must warn all readers now, I am a horrible speller, so please, bare with my errors. I am a culinary graduate of the Art Institute of California Los Angeles and I have been working in a professional kitchen for almost four years now. I recently have decided to make some what of a career change. I am headed back to school to pursue what else is out there for me. I am really leaning towards fashion marketing, it seems competitive (spellingg error?)and fun! I am sure your wondering why I am switching my career around. There are a couple reasons, but the main ones are that I am loving cooking more as a hobby, rather than a life passion. And, to experience more to life, not just cooking and taste and smell. So, onto myself-self. Well, I am laid back and a funny guy. I would say I am pretty easy to get along with, however I do have some what of a nervous streak.
