KUBLA KHAN is a band borned in Granada (Spain) in 2001. The band was created with only one propose in order to work hard on the music itself with power and atittude.

KUBLA KHAN found the first line up and recorded a 3 songs demo called “Hate and Pain” (2001). The demo sold over than 400 copies in a few weeks so the kids decided to join up a new guitar (Trespe) and bass player (Edu).

The bands style was going into primitive thrash metal mixed with hardcore..s violence and the power of death metal. The band played some gigs in their hometown and were requisted for some interviews in tv and radio shows. Trespe left the band and Yohe joined it: the band worked real hard in the studio day after day to improve itself and giving killer shows to the audience. In 2004 the band is known in the underground scene as powerful, hot and nasty.

KUBLA KHAN means atittude and honesty, and got a lot of kids out there waiting for their shows and new songs on cds, so the band recorded a new demo: “Agrodeath” (2005). Five songs recorded to be remembered for the band, songs like “Trip to Hell”, “Douchebag” or “Storm from the Past” means all the essence of truly old school stuff, music for real people, people with sense and atittude music that means freedom.

On 2005 the band discharged their anger in the Emergenza International Fest. and had the second position on the eve they played with another 78 bands and Yohe got a new guitar for his incredible attitude on stage.

Edu left the band and Pulu joined it as bass player.

In all these years, KUBLA KHAN was requested to support bands as Prohibitory (Mexico DF), Avulsed, Koma, Lujuria, Fe de Ratas, ... , played in many festivals: Granarock, LagunaRock, LentoRock, Pantera..s Tribute, Aniversarios El Perro Andaluz, Brutalmería, ... , displaying the “Agrodeath” performance shows in Arena (Madrid), Republica (Valencia) or Planta Baja (Granada).

The band still working hard in new songs and new ways to expand their music as far as it possible. Soon will be available the KUBLA KHAN..s first album called “6SeX6”: 8 songs that sound more mature and deep into their own sound ... AGRODEATH.
