This is an animated, online show about Jesus !

He’s baaaaaaaaaaack! The son, the savior, the long-haired, sandal wearing, leper-curing, hooker lover… call him what you will, Jesus Christ is coming back to an Earth near you. This time no crown of thorns, nails or whips will do the trick, no, the suffering will be much greater. Jesus must get a job and deal with the deranged tenants in his slummy downtown eastside apartment building.In today’s world of greed, corruption and hate, a nice guy like Jesus doesn’t have much of a chance. He lacks street smarts, street cred, hell the last streets he even saw were full of slave-drawn rickshaws, fruit stands and Roman legionnaires. When faced with crack-heads, gang wars and (worst of all) rich, stuck-up Christian snobs, ol’ JC is left bewildered and often taken advantage of. His simple, honest and caring demeanor only lead to him being trampled on repeatedly… and there’s only so much one savior can take before he snaps.Throughout the series, Jesus is faced with the everyday hardships of survival in the modern world; complete with dealing with his deadbeat roommates, slum landlord, and insane surroundings. All of which pale in comparison to the evil bishop Ratzinger and his televangelist minions who want Jesus dead. Because without the fear-mongering prophecy of His return… they’re out of business.

The problem is that the brainbuckets at most TV networks and studios are afraid to back a show like this because of the potential backlash form the religious freaks .

Our standpoint is that although we do not believe or endorse what religious people say we do not object to their right to say it.

If religious people can make up stories about jesus and say what ever pops into their head as fact than who's to say we can't do the same goddamn thing.
