We can notice some older influences in your sound, do you think 'old school sound' like the Crüe sould be kept alive? » Yeah sure. We all grew up listening to Motley, even though the ages whithin our band vary a bit and some of us like the early stuff while some prefer the late. But we have no intension what so ever of trying to recreate what Motley already done. We see our music as a development of the 80's glam, not a retro sound. 2. What have been the reactions to your demo release? » The new demo have received great reviews from everybody. And it feels good cause we see it as our best work so far. 3. What are you planing for the future? Releases? Shows? Or both? » We're going to USA for a coast-to-coast tour. We're hoping to come back to Europe and play som festivals during the summer. Let's see what happens after that. 4. How do you see your local scene? Good bands, cool projects? » We have different opinons on this issue. I personally think most of the stuff coming from "our scene" is crap. =) 5. We can see a lot of glam/sleaze rock bands from the nordic countries, do you see any explanation for this? » I don't really know, maybe it's because a few bands managed to gain some succes and there will always be "wanna-bees" trying to follow the leaders. CD REVIEWS LIVING DEAD LIGHTS s/t EP Ain't no pussy playing this, this is power, this is Rock! Hail to this guys because they are one of the bands that keep Rock 'n Roll alive! A mix of Punk Rock with the sleaze feeling of the most glamourous Rock 'n Roll give this band what thy need to become big, giant! The production of the EP is amazing, you can listen to the songs and you don't get tired of the bad production we see a lot around, this is serious work. The guitar is fantastic, the drums and the bass give a lot of strenght to the songs and the voice is Rock, pure! Advise: Listen to this guys as quick as you can, you can't fail this highway to stardom! myspace.com/livingdeadlights DAMAGED DOLLS s/t Demo I’ve been receiving some demos during the last times, but this on is for sure my favorite! I always liked Glam Rock, ans listening to this guys I feel like I got transported to the 90’s! But this is not only Glam, it’s a powerful Hard Rock, sleaze-feeling release, which you can easly imagine in a CD from the Crüe, or Skid Row... The vocals are perfect, the bass ans the drums do their job and the guitar is really cool! This 3 song demo makes me anxious to get my hands on a full lenght! Keep an eye on them!! The song "Kill Me For Fun" is my favorite, it’s just great, pure sleaze... myspace.com/damageddolls HELLDORARO s/t EP Pure Rock 'n Roll. This could be a review of this EP, simple and direct! Hailing from Italy, this rockers sure know what they are doing and they're not goofin' around... All the instruments sound very cool and the tunes are very catchy aswell. Old school bands can be proud of the disciples that they have left behind, this is one of the new generation bands who kicks major ass! The guitar is realy cool, but what really caught me was the drummer, he's awesome!! The voice is pretty cool aswell, can you imagine english mised with italian?
