| I P.O.S.C. nascono nel 2007...ma forse è meglio dire che "rinascono" nel 2007, dopo un periodo sabbatico durato all'incirca...una trentina d'anni, lustro pù, lustro meno. Il gruppo, votato alla multimedialità, è formato da Roberto Maffione, autore dei brani della band (keyboards), da Renato Maffione, responsabile del versante fotografico dei P.O.S.C., e da Alfredo De Pietra (chitarre, basso elettrico, guitar synth).
I brani dei P.O.S.C., nati tra le brume dell'appennino lucano dalla vena compositiva di Roberto Maffione, vengono successivamente finalizzati al sole di Palermo da Alfredo De Pietra, responsabile delle parti solistiche e delle operazioni di mixing e mastering finale.______________________________P.O.S.C. was born in 2007, but probably it would be better to say that the band was born "again" after a 35-years long sabbatical pause. P.O.S.C., multi-media oriented, plays a mix of fusion/electronic/new age music. The tunes are composed by Roberto Maffione, who plays keyboards too.
Renato Maffione is the "photographic soul" of the band and plays flute, and finally Alfredo De Pietra is on guitars, electric bass and Roland Gr-30 guitar synth. The music is composed in the wonderful scenery of Basilicata hills, while the solo parts, as well as final mixing and mastering, are by Alfredo, who lives in sunny Palermo, Sicily.
