| I am just starting out with my own personal training business. Its called AMG Fitness. I do private training, semi-private training, group fitness, senior fitness, indoor/outdoor training. And of course your first session is FREE so it cant hurt to come try it out.I work all over the san Fernando Valley. I can come to you or work out of a small private gym in Encino. We can go to parks, your house, a gym...wherever you feel most comfortable and is convienent for you.I have been personal training for about 7 or 8 yrs. I have worked at a few diff. places in the valley over the yrs. I have my B.S. in Kinesiology (study of movement) from CSUN. I was a competitive gymnast for 14 yrs. and also a cheerleader in h.s. and college.I also specialize in senior fitness and have worked at an assisted living home teachng a chair exercises class for 6 yrs.I am very dedicated to what I do and helping others reach their goals.
