| I am a Christian (Servant), and a new Mommy. I was born in Chicago Ill. and lived there until i was 14. then my family and i moved to Kentucky. I was born with a rare congenital condition called Cloaca. since birth i have endured around 17 surgeries. Most of them emergency or reconstructive. for about 13 yrs. i had an Illiostomy on my stomach (thats where the intestine (the illium) is brought to stick out of the stomach so the void could go into a bag attached. and I had to wear diapers. But since then The Lord has made it possible for reconstruction and i no longer have an Illiostomy. the dr.'s at childrens memorial hospital in Chicago created for me a Rectum. and i use a catheter to urinate so i don't have to wear the diapers any more praise God!!(i was incontinent as well) I did not have the muscle needed to hold the urine in. because of the immense scar tissue in my stomach, for now, my husband and i decided to Adopt our two absolutly beautiful daughters. I praise God for what he has done for me! i don't have a colon so i do have daily stomach problems and i dehydrate very easily but i just take my life one day at a time and i have a one on one relationship with my Heavenly Father. I have not had to have any surgeries since my freshman yr in H.S. and most of my friends never even knew about it. Recently my struggles are frequent UTI's and severe scoliosis problems. it has started to effect my being able to walk so i walk with a caine.(update: no caine anymore God has healed me!!) as of 10/08 the dr.'s found that i have an enlarged ovary But God holds my hand through everything i have to deal with. and in HIM i find my strength. i feel closest to My Father when i am singing. And i am trying to learn the guitar. i love to crochet, sketch, watch movies on my PSP, nintendo DS (mystery case files, Mario cart, Catz) i go on swaptree.com and icanhascheezburger.com a lot. also i am on Jason Castro's myspace almost everyday and i love to go to crochetpatterncentral.com for new ideas of things to crochet.
