| Based in Brisbane, Australia, DJ Buré has made a name for himself as one of the most rapidly rising names in the local music scene. Buré has played at some of Brisbane's biggest dance clubs including Family, GPO, Sunbar, Jade Buddha, Uber Lounge, Press Club, Alhambra and holds a residency at the Fringe Bar. Recently he has DJ’d various events across Australia, including the private Paris Hilton Pink and White Playboy Party, Sweet Treat, Girlfriend Magazines 2006 & 2007 Model Search and the Summer Meltdown Festival (Sunshine Coast).
Buré’s style is predominantly electro and underground house or commercial house if the venue suits and is on all the good servicing lists (Hussle/MOS, etc). If you havent seen Buré DJing at an event then chances are you may have heard one of his remixes under the name Musik1. After a sharp rise to notoriety in the music world, Buré has worked on remixes for Katie Underwood, Ricki-Lee, Cristian Alexanda, Levi, Shaneal and more. One of the most notable remixes was for the ARIA top 5 Ricki-Lee single, Hell No. 2008 marks an important year for Buré as he continues to build his name in the international music scene.
