It combines 8mm footage from 1972 (that Andrés "Güero" found in his grandma's closet) with present day footage, using most of the same actors from the past in the present, all singing and dancing to "Laydown"! ___________________ Chikita Violenta make really warm pop songs that sound like being encased in a cocoon made out of guitars. - The Fader Each song is like its own little production filled to the brim with intensely memorable and heartfelt songs.
