| I started out singing playing the piano and guitar when I was 6 years old. I was able to work a deal with a local radio program's producer/talent that allowed me and my friend who also played guitar to play and sing on live Christian radio ,I was only 9 years old and in the 4th grade.Later I played in a talented but failed FUNK BAND as a teenager. I wrote several songs we also covered Graham Central Station's song "LEAD ME ON ".I was the lead singer. I was with that band when I met GRAHAM CENTRAL STATION.I wished I hadn't walked away from music!!! I've been blessed to live my dreams in broadcasting thanks to God's favor.
Also I was a regional corespondent for a show that once aired on ESPN and Black Entertainment Television. I started out behind the scenes in TV before becoming a Jazz and Gospel DJ in Radio then moved to radio news and even became a corespondent for the National Black Network News airing on radio Stations across the country. As a TV reporter I moved around the country. I reported the news also filled in as anchor as well as being a morning anchor.I even worked in Chicago. Ahhh Chicago in the early 90's when Jordan ruled and the Bulls Three-peated for the first time, it was a great place to be. I covered BEATLE FEST 93 for my station I interviewed George Harrison's sister.The FEST also allowed you to make a music video while singing karaoke with THE FAB 4 singing back up. I made a music video myself included it in my story. Danny Bonaduce was living in Chicago hosting his own Radio show at that time. After seeing the news story the leader of Danny's house band asked me to sing with "KEVIN and THE CRITCS" for a CHARITY BENIFIT.Just before leaving Chicago CLTV hired a Sports Anchor by the name of Mike Greenberg aka GREENY, who later ascended to ESPN and is the Co-HOST of ESPN's Simulcast Hit "MIKE and MIKE IN THE MORNING" After I moved home I became a Sports Anchor where I got to interview my best friend's little cousin while he was in High School I'm refering to Oakland Raider Shut down cornerback DeAngelo Hall. I also reported on Raiders wide reciever Ronald Curry and former Atlanta Falcon QB Mike Vick. They were all playing High School football in this area during the same time.I had the pleasure of being at Plaxico Burress' home when he was drafted first round by the Pittsburgh Steelers interviewed him afterwards for my area as well as viewers in Pittsburgh. I've been blessed to interview The Late Godfather of Soul James Brown, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson,Danny Glover,Walter Payton,DR J and arguebly the Greatest NFL runningback of All Time Jim Brown to name a few.

I'd like to meet:How about a do over. I was backstage in the dressing room with Graham Central Station in 1977 talked to everyone including Hershall Kennedy but mainly Gail Muldrow. Unfortunatley I did not talk to Larry Graham my alltime favorite Bassist I thought I'd catch him the following night,it never occurred.
