About Us, TPN Studios:The Process Nucleus focuses primarily on demo and album production for the independent and smaller label artist. Our clients typically come from the New England area, but many also travel here from around the northeast for our affordable and professional production style. We record digitally utilizing Cubase (vs. Pro-Tools LE), for its superior editing capabilities; the key to our sound is firmly rooted in both the analog and digital worlds. Our live room features Celutex walls and Acoustic Sound Tiles that produce a reflective smooth top end. Our signal path is simple; use quality microphones and Mackie preamps feeding directly into Presonus D/A converters.

We mix out to a Mackie analog console and Event 20/20 monitors, utilizing Waves plug-in based compressors and equalizers.
Our location in downtown Tilton provides an array of amenities within easy walking or driving distance. Located just a ½ mile from the Tanger Outlet Mall, we are also a block or two away from several great restaurants and 24-hour stores. A comfortable Inn is located across the street from the studio and a new tavern has just opened on the first floor.
