| I used to be just a gallery but now I am a gallery and a shop! I, Toyroom Gallery, am a partnership between John Soldano and Craig Maclaine, to bring affordable, funky street based art to the market place. I love Art with Hotrods, Skateboards, Punk Rock, Monsters, Tattoo Art and all the stuff makes life less boring, besides what else are you going to do with and empty garage...Right !? As for my name, they were hanging their first show by Artist Robert Gordon and still didn't have a name, so when Robert gave them a piece called TOYROOM they adopted the name, the rest is history... So why don't you come by and see me sometime? I am located in the Pedestrian Mall on K Street Between 9th & 10th Streets Downtown Sacramento, Ca. 95818 1 Block North of the State Capitol 2 Blocks East of the Downtown Plaza The Toyroom's new Sacramento art gallery and retail store now offers the latest in hip urban art clothing, bags, hats and shoes from brands including Elwood Clothing Company, Fifty 24SF, 12 Grain, Rebel 8, Tank Theory and Upper Playground. Tired of wearing clothes that everyone else has? Toyroom features apparel with original artwork from the hottest urban artists. You won't find this stuff in the mall or your local chain retailer.
