| DARIN WARNER
After receiving an award for song writing in 2006, Darin has gone from strength to strength. In 2007 Darin not only received another award for song writing, but also won the S.A. male vocal of the year at the South Australian Country Music Festival and again at the South Australian Champ of Champs. At the same time he was also runner up in the prestigious Frank Harding Memorial Award for Excellence.Fresh on the heels of his success Darin headed for the studio to record his debut album ‘Still Pictures.’ Over the past year Darin has been working hard writing and recording a great album containing twelve original songs, as well as finding time to perform at Tamworth’s annual Country Music Festival among other venue’s around Australia.Through Darin’s life, and especially through the tough times, a motivating force has developed, driving Darin to where he is today. As he looks back over his life, he can see that everything that has happened to him has helped make him into the person he is today, and therefore he wouldn’t choose to change anything. Many believe that with this drive, passion for Country music and his talent as a singer/song writer, Darin Warner is set to have a very successful career within the Country music industry. Congratulations Darin and thanks for keeping to the roots of Country music. .. |
