| 2009 GATHERING DATES & INFO:It's official - Gainesville Texas USA is to be the home of the Mickey Newbury Gathering this year, from June 18th to 20th (with a service on Sunday morning, the 21st). The Quality Inn in Gainesville has offered rooms for two at $59.99 ($10.00 for each extra person). The cost of the room includes a continental breakfast, and there are many eating places nearby. Downtown is within walking distance. Reservations must be made by June 10th for the rooms to be held. Here is the information: Quality Inn (940)665-8800... Fax -(940)665-8709.... Remember to tell them you're coming to the Mickey Newbury Gathering. We are arranging shuttle volunteers to pick people up at the airport in Dallas-Fort Worth.
