Together these two small town heros have sparked a new generation of hip hop music in the state of North Carolina. Approaching the summer of 1998, the two began work on what has now been molded into the hottest sound this state has ever heard. Like all independent artist, ProBlack has met many hurdles through their quest to be the best hip hop has to offer. In a similar story to Jay-Z and Damon Dash of Roc-A-Fella Records, the group has dealt with rejection from all angles of the business. Thus, DA GRIND ENTERTAINMENT!!!, a self-made entertainment company created by the two genius'. With Black having a degree in Computer Science and Pro with a degree in Audio Engineering, they have devised the perfect combination of creativity and talent, pushing their group as the forefront of this, soon to be, corporate giant. "We stingy, so we do everything on our own. We do our own beats, built this website, our own promotion and distributing.
