| About the FILM
Cookies 'N' Cream is a character piece that centers around Carmen, a racially mixed single mother who after employment options become limited, feels forced to accept an adult modeling gig to take care of her daughter and herself. This tasteful, classically-told tale of new-age dating and unbreakable career ambition, is told through the eyes of an independent mother with limited career options, and the strength to continue on through the toughest of circumstances. Acclaimed writer/director Princeton Holt makes his feature-length debut in a new movie about falling down, picking yourself back up, and getting on with the business of love…and life. PRODUCTION On January 18, 2008, we began production on our first feature length narrative film, "Cookies & Cream." Today, on Monday at 4:30 am we wrapped production. One Way or Another Productions presents, a Hernandez/Glass/Holt production of...A princeton holt Film. Co-Produced by Omar Hernandez. Make Up/Hair/Wardrobe by Crystal Glass. Art Design by J. Lynn Menzel. Starring Jace Nicole (Phish), Brian Ackley (Hostage Person), Naama Kates (Nothing Sacred), Thyais Walsh (Panther, Mankillers), Rick Borgia (The Real Sopranos), Danny Doherty (Grasslands, Cross Bronx), Kent Sutton, Shannone Holt (Steal Away), Chris Riquinha, and featuring a first-time dramatic performance by comedian Ardie Fuqua (HBO and P. Diddy's Bad Boyz of Comedy). Production Manager-Monica Trombley. Score by Damon Dorsey. Songs from George Lewis Jr. We have at this point completed day 17 out of a total 17 days of principle photography, including 4 days of reshoots. Production on the film wrapped on the February 10th, 2008. We will keep you posted on the exciting developments of the production. Congratulations to everyone involved in "Cookies & Cream!!! |
