XIV REVOLTALLO - 13th-19th August 2007. Monte Alba, Vigo

Revoltallo Festival lasts 7 days. Every day is dedicated to A different kind of music: Rock, New Metal, Metalcore, hardcore, Punk, Xtreme Metal: Death, Gothic, ...; Techno-House, etc.... It's an open air festival. the organisation of the festival is in charge of Xuntanza Xuvenil, a young people institution, subordinate to the Cultural Institution of Valladares in Vigo (northwest of Spain). We are a non profitmaking institution: all the things we usually do related to Music are in order to grow as a festival and in order to people have their kinds of music nearer them. We have few subsidies, so we are in charge of getting the rest of money we need by means of selling T-shirts, requesting advertising in pubs, halls... that colaborate with us, also by means of selling drinks in the festival itself and during the year we usually start several concerts up of this kind in order to let our festival grow as it deserves. Although Revoltallo has grown very much, sometimes the official institutions don't help us too much so that the money grows up in the same way :s, however we always have managed to go on with our project ahead, that's very gratifying and most of the bands that formed part of this project have helped us as well. We're about the XIV Revoltallo already!!!
