China now consumes more meat, steel, grain, and cement than any other country. They also extract more coal from the ground than anyone else, building roughly 2 coal-fired power plants each week! Thus, it is no surprise that China is ALSO the world's largest CO2 emitter. 16/20 most polluted cities in the world are in China, not just in the air but, in the severely polluted rivers. 300 million people in China do not have access to clean drinking water and this has been linked with an increase in cancer in their population, which has been continuously ignored by their government. Crops are irrigated with this heavily polluted water. This is not the only danger to the people of China that is ignored by their government. You will see from the videos on this site, that the Chinese government wishes to keep these atrocities in the dark, so the rest of the world cannot see.Seeing how our entire planet, the ecosystem as a whole, is connected, we can no longer put up with this.
