Influences: Download THE DAFFODIL SONG Here With CD Baby from MARCH 2nd.ALL PROCEEDS GO TO MARIE CURIE It really depends who has made me feel happy, sad, angry or in love. Simple as that. Sometimes I write about places, where I have lived, like Italy and Pollok. It all really began when I watched a three hour documentary on Dolly Parton. I thought, "If Dolly can do it, then so can I!" I used to hang out in the play ground with my walk man, listening to Jim Diamond. I was in the Spar shop in Buchlyvie and heard his music playing in the background, and not knowing who he was at the time; I asked the lady that owned the shop " who is that?" and after a bit of pleading and begging he said I could take the tape away with me. It was Jim Diamond. thank god I asked! My dad used to drive me and my 4 sisters and my mother to Italy every year. He played Dr Hook mainly on the car stereo. So I learnt nearly every word. I loved them! Sounds Like: Click on the link below to purchase my CD Type of Label: None |
