deutschEs war im Sommer 2005, als sich die Wege von Markus, Mathias, Tommy und Martin kreutzen. Mit Songideen im Gepäck wird der schnell gefundene Proberaum zum beben gebracht. The Story Behind ist geboren. Einprägsame Melodien gepaart mit scharfen Gitarren und treibenden Bässen sind das Erkennungszeichen von The Story Behind. Mal weich und zart dann rauh und dreckig. Es entwickelt sich eine Band die genreübergreifend arbeitet. Ein Club jagt den nächsten. Mitteldeutschland wird betourt und Ende 2006, nach einem live eingespielten Demo, ein zweites aufgenommen. Das Ergebnis überzeugt. Der Radiosender "Sputnik" lädt zum Interview und das "Visions"-Online-Portal lobt die Combo. 2007 treiben dunkle Wolken am Horizont. Martin träumt nicht mehr. Ab sofort übernimmt Kay die Rolle des Bassisten und mit einem Namenswechsel wird der neue Pakt besiegelt. Rede und Antwort stehen die Jungs von Farrago Kid beim regionalen Radiosender "Corax". Farrago Kid drehen auf, das Kind entwächst seinem Vorläufer und sucht danach im Dschungel der Musikszene seinen eigenen Platz zu finden. englisch It was summer 2005 when their paths have crossed: Markus, Matthias, Tommy and Martin had finally met. With many ideas for songs in mind they made the easily found band room come alive…”The Story Behind” was born. The Story Behind has one big recognition feature: memorable melodies paired with sharp guitars and heavy bass. The music varies from smooth and soft to rough and dirty. They developed themselves to band working across-the-genre. Things were happening really fast: a Club Tour through the middle of Germany end of 2006 and two demo tapes were produced. The result was convincing: the radio station “Sputnik” invited the band for an interview and they were praised in the “Visions”-Online Portal. But in 2007: the breakdown. Martin is leaving the band. From now on Kay is taking over the bass and the deal is set with a new band name: “Farrago Kid” was born. An interview at the radio station “Corax” followed and so the news was broke to the air. “Farrago Kid” now pumps up the volume, grows out of their past and is looking for its new place in the jungle of the music business.
