| We are a mixed jazz/alternative/swing brew which enjoys playing almost any kind of music. We are a 1 year old baby band and we have started growing some teeth (finally). Anyways, whats there to say Domsa & Loncar started composing our first melodies 4 years ago. Some time after Stipe & Franjo (the brothers :P ) joined the couse and the songs started having a new vibe as they are today. And than the main man showed up, that's me Pero tsk, tsk, I came one afternoon to the basement of the apartment building in which Stipe & Franjo lived and listened to the music. The same afternoon I wrote five songs... Grizly bears, Desert pick-nick, T-song, Drunk Dragon and Birdcage. The next time we met we just clicked and the looney bin project was alive. The trouble was that we didn't have a drumer, 2 months later or less Brdo arrived and we were complete. The first show we had was a freshman party (Sociology) at a alternative club called Mocvara in Zagreb only a couple of weeks after Brdo joined. I'd like to explain our name for those who don't know the term looney bin, it means mental asylum and the word project refers to therapy sessions with music in which the the patients play &).This is the link for downloading the songs.
