| JYN LUNA SMOOTH. SOULFUL. FUNKY. LYRICAL. JAZZY. EMOTIONAL. INTELLIGENT. These are a few of the many descriptions given to the music of Jyn Luna. HISTORY It’s been my wish ever since I blew out my candles on my 5th birthday to be a singer…I couldn’t imagine doing anything else but singing…This is what I’m meant to do…It’s in my heart…It’s who I am … I’m a small-town girl with a big city dream. I was born in Patterson, Ca and grew up in Turlock. Music has always been a big part of my life. Growing up I played the saxophone and I am now taking on guitar. At age nine, I was singing in church and school choirs and at age eleven I began writing my own songs. In High School I performed with Y.E.S. Company and various musicals. Now pursuing my career in Los Angeles, the past few years I’ve performed at venues like The Mint, The Derby, The Viper Room, and House of Blues. I've also been blessed with the opportunity to perform at charity events like Youth for Human Rights. UNIQUE I’m an artist that not only sings the songs but I’m involved in the entire song creation process. I love to write! It makes the songs my own and I can sing them with more emotion because the lyrics tell a story that relate to me. EDGE In terms of my style of music, I sing with a lot of Soul & R&B undertones with a Pop twist. Some of my songs are more deep and melodic than others and some are very fun and danceable. I love to mix it up. I can be a very deep person, but I also love to dance and have fun! I give you something to listen to for every mood you’re feeling. In that sense, I’m out to move your body and your mind… Any love and support you can give a long the way is most appreciated! Thank you to my fans so far who have stuck by me!
