| Formed out of the ashes of Destroyed Youth in 1992. Started originally as a side project, but quickly became the main focus for Rawl Paredes (guitar/vocals) and Jimmy Perez (guitar). With unique blended sounds and mixtures of their favorite bands Godflesh, Carcass, Morbid Angel, Napalm Death, Carnage, etc. Cancerous Factor was soon born and began playing shows in Los Angeles gaining fans and positive press. The band recorded only one demo tape “Malignant” in 1993. These days members of the band have all gone their separate ways and different projects. Unlike The Beatles or Led Zeppelin, no one has died, but no reunion will happen anytime soon. This page was created for the sole purpose of keeping the music we all created alive for all the die hards who didn't have a chance to see or hear us back in the early 90's. We all enjoyed our time playing as a band and had the best times doing it. Thanks to all who have requested us or accepted us into their space.
