WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE THINKING ?!!?SOMEONE that can prove to me it's "cool" to talk on your cell phone as you're steering your car with your right knee and your LEFT FOOT is sticking outside the window(I saw the idiot and I STILL don't believe it)SOMEONE that uses turn signals when they turn & they make a complete stop at stop signs and they don't text AS THEY are driving.
