Bio The Eric Eggleston Band's hooky tunes & eclectic show have captivated audiences all over the world, with the band having toured Canada, the United States, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Ireland (where the lads performed at Sir Elton John’s after party). One of the band's most memorable performances was a gig at Elvis Presley's Graceland in Memphis, TN, during the Southern Arts Conference. The group has been hard at work this past year with a hectic recording schedule in addition to playing regularly. Eric recently co-wrote a song with Alan Frew for an upcoming Glass Tiger release. The band's long-awaited follow-up to “This Modern Life”, a self-produced EP will be out in July. The boys have also been working on new tunes with Bob Doige at the legendary Grant Avenue Studio in Hamilton. The eeband's previous record “This Modern Life” spawned a video that garnished airplay on Much More Music and produced 2 singles “Racking My Brain” & “20/20”. Both songs have received airplay .. radio stations in Canada and the UK. The band toured extensively in support of that release which is made available for download on itunes and by mail order through www.eeband.com . |
