| After the demise of juinor high hopefulls "Shattered Innocence". Chris Shinn and drummer, Mitchel Lane Scharf, rose from the flames to create Imaginary Heroes.Mitch's drum expertise along with Shinn's ability to vocally soar to helium filled heavens wasn't enough. It wasn't until long time Bass master Todd Caporal strapped the big one on and reached around to tug on the possibilty to turn the clap into thunder! But still, the prophecy wasn't complete.On the 7th day God said "Let there be Light". So there was.We picked up Charels Stokes at a church study over at "Scorpios", deep in the bowles of Charlottes pickle district. The evangalistic keyboardist/truth seeker had also been reaching around at an attempt to tug fate in his direction. But unfortunately, he had become all to familiar with being on bottom. This, however, wouldn't disscourage the birth of a band.Not even close!In the years to come, Imaginary Heroes would find themselves playing to massive crowds of teenage girls soft ball teams, pool parties, sleepovers and big saturday.The band may be gone. But the music lives on! Reminding us what it was like to be 16 and cranking the jams in your cassete player in your first car, going to South Park to grab a slice of Sabarro. Maybe, a chic filet. And talking shit about the seniors in your high school (CCDS) you hated with you all your christian heart.Thanks for listening Charlotte!!!!I was tickled to death to come across this music after almost 20 years.
