Music on the Row was formed on March 12, 1997 to serve the Independent artist on Music Row here in Nashville and across the United States and became a syndicated Radio show. Produced and directed by Ed Russell from the Hall of Fame lounge Nashville, Tennessee.

In July of 2007 Ed Russell was introduced to Jimmie Johnson and Carmen Dreher who both were working for Nixa Country an Internet Radio Station from Los Angeles, CA.

Ed had told them that he was going in partnership with a group of people that were starting up a Nashville base Internet Radio Station for songwriters, recording artist and artist that deserve a chance to be heard. Ed ask them if this would be something they would be interested in becoming a part of and of course they said yes. An introduction was in order for Jimmie and Carmen to the Radio group and the rest is history.

Music on the Row Radio was conceived and developed to bring you the latest in Major, Independent and Unsigned Country Music Artists and Song Writers for your listening pleasure.
