Strange Rebel Frequency is an independent Los Angeles based band that plays stripped down, heartfelt, acoustic-based alternative rock music. They have been compared to artists such as Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Johnny Cash, and even Bruce Springsteen, as well as contemporary Americana/indie artists like Wilco, Iron & Wine, Angels of Light, Mike Ness and Low.
