| Self-taught musician; born in Salvador, Bahia. Began his saxophone studies at 12 years old, always keeping in mind the high cience of improvisation. Had the privilege of share music with Antônio Annunciação, Lula Nascimento, Mou Brasil, Nelson Veras, Márcio Pereira, Nei Sacramento, Ubiratan Marques, Roberto Angerosa, Sizão Machado and Nenê, among many others.
