I hope that I can be an inspiration to women everywhere, like the quote says.."The good Lord gave you a body that can stand most anything, it's your mind you have to convince. Most trainers will tell you that half their battle is changing the way their clients think. When women come up to me and ask me how I do it, followed by 1,000 excuses why they can't do it, because their life is so busy, I have to shut them down with, "NO excuses please!" Discipline and hard work have changed me forever.I have realized God gave me this passion to pass on the others. I have an awesome, supportive husband, 4 beautiful children, that I have to be a good example and teach them the things I have learned so that they can be the best person they can be. I put God first because I have realized through my relationship with christ, that I can't do it alone, that I need christ in my life and allow him to work through me for his purpose.I love the person I am now, and I want to leave a legacy that my husband and children will be proud of.
