I also run a small cottage industry from my home studio where I make stuff and sell it. I have two degrees, one is in Illustration, the other is in Fashion Design. My days are usually spent sewing, drawing, baking cakes, gardening, playing with the dog, going to the post office, being on the computer or daydreaming. Some days I simply do nothing at all. I also volunteer for a large charity valuing and pricing vintage clothes & housewares. I'm passionate and direct as well as totally neurotic (and perfectionistic) to a fault. I care deeply about my friends and family and am fiercely loyal and protective of those I love. I'm open, honest, sweet and giving but I do not suffer fools gladly! I'm unconventionally conventional and a free spirit who likes her home comforts.I've been part of the Punk/Rockabilly/Psychobilly scene since 1980 and I'm seriously into tattoos. I'm always up for a challenge and I love a good chat about music, fashion, feelings and human nature. I really value honesty, wit, kindness, creativity and talent in people. I also love animals, nature, the sea, 1950s nostalgia, vintage trailers & cacti. I collect vintage buttons, fabric & patterns. If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague. |
