About Me |
|
Every culture, every major world religion has the same message ... love and peace. It’s time to shine the light and celebrate what we have in common ... the desire to LOVE and to BE-LOVED. I am a lover of music, its vibration and its ability to lift us up to experience the divine ... love. Up until 2001, I was a pop singer-songwriter who wrote and sang about my own personal journey and was fed by sharing my musical revelations. In 2001, two major life events happened that changed my relationship to songwriting: giving birth to my daughter Aria, and the tragedy of Sept. 11th. Both events forced me to turn from being so self focused to being world focused. I became drawn to sing songs about the divine and to the world religions’ peace prayers. These songs have been a gift to me, the band, and others who sing them, share them, and celebrate them. They transmit PURE LOVE vibration. They remind me to stay focused on the divine … love, which helps me to be more compassionate to myself and to my community. This music is an expression of my heart, my soul, my love ... I and the band feel honored share it with you. Visit my website: www.larisastow.com to hear more of our music.
