Music:Member Since: 6/2/2007Band Website: Yahoo Band Members: First, let me start by referencing a quote I was given years ago...The people you meet on the way up are the same people you'll meet on the way down...now that I'm done venting.. I am just a guy who plays out "now and then"(lately thats all just a memory) sings and writes music, I'm currently involved in a few "projects" I spend some of my free time meeting fellow musicians and checking out tunes others send me for possible vocals. I have received a lot of music and some of it has just blown my mind. In a few cases I've been sent music that has been from bands who desperately need a frontman. To be honest I wish I could join every single band thats flattered me with the offer...but ... I just cant, and I "especially" cant jump on a plane and join a band that has the aspirations of one day playing the local bar. The stuff I have up on this page is just vocal work I have enjoyed doing...thats the only reason its posted. Some of the music is from musician buddies, who are in "in the lab" as I. I know my style is "ALL OVER the road but screw it! Who cares..not me. Some of it is from my own pen. None of what I've posted is a vocal standard or anything I would consider "great vocals"or anything like that..its just stuff I enjoyed singing. My goal is to continue singing and recording..... and tightly hanging on to my family and friends. recently I was asked....""MAN" WOULDN'T YOU LIKE TO BE A PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER??......And my answer is..."YES" but only if its enough to share...if not....no thanks. Tanner Miller Freakshow- Helpless Influences: My wife and two boys are my biggest influence, they are my hero's and best friends, in addition to being a proud dad and husband I'm also a vocalist. Some of the musicians and artist that have inspired my "technique" (if you wanna call it that) are - Jeff Buckley,Perry Farrell,Ronnie Dio, Neil Young,Shannon Hoon Queen,DuranDuran, Fleetwood Mac, The Pretenders, Shane, Dennis,Scott,Jerry O,Mike, Jeff, And I must mention (just because) the kindness of Nick Perri, he may be the coolest guy in present day rock...(yeah you know it man)!
