His dance moves and vocal ability combined create the total package that can’t go by any other name, Byron J. Raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Byron J developed a gift that vocally impressed his peers as a toddler. His mother would use songs to teach him and his siblings how to do things, which helped him to develop an ear for music. Witnessing the ability of how artists like, Jodeci and Dru Hill, were able to touch people through music influenced him to turn his gift into his dream of having that same power. “I have the desire to reach people,” said Byron, “I want people to feel me, even though we may walk different paths.” His style consists of R&B with a dose of hip-hop that puts him on a promotional level Florida is not usually known for. Byron J’s talent creates a category of its own, making it hard for anyone to compare him with any other artists. |
