So often in these days and times of 'everyone wants to be an mc many who claim the title are simply making a fashion statement, something that cannot be said for Ricta , also part of Hip Hop crew 'Addictive Diction'. Having already released his debut 'General No One' mixtape in May of this year which has sold worldwide, the lead single ‘Give It Up’ enjoyed airplay on various online & FM radio stations. Originally starting out as a DJ at 12 years old, Ricta's love for music would take him from tapes, to the crates, and eventually, to the microphone. Influenced by mainly late 80’s / early 90’s US Hip Hop, the true skills and live element of being an MC is really something close to his heart. Continuing to build on his string of live shows & performances across the country combined with a hard work ethic and the recent release of the 'Rictape' mixtape things are only set to get better.
