About Me |
|
click here to see more videos like this Pete Harper and Jason Blynn, are known to themselves, and in turn by others, affectionately but usually appropriately, as "Pete and J". Pete and J tour nationally, all over the US of A, and occasionally in the UK. Most of the time, Pete and J are a band consisting of 4 people (a bassist and drummer in addition to the Pete and the J). As you can see, they are based in New York City, where they flourish in the sweet exhaust and excitement of city life. They tour much of the year, however, so occasionally see both grass and trees. A few albums are out there, including Without A Band and Dressed for Conversation, both available in links above and below. A new album is forthcoming, and right now some new demos are here to chew on. Stay tuned, and come check out a show! See you soon. Not so self-critical acclaim... "J is really good" -Pete "Oh, come on man, you're pretty good too." -J Real Critical Acclaim... “Drawing regular comparisons to Simon & Garfunkel, but rising well above simply sounding like someone else, Pete and J are seasoned live performers, consummate entertainers, and offer a simple but unique twist that somehow bridges young and old, shy and wild…” -Cheshire FM (during latest 15-show UK Tour) “Heartfelt…and moving” -The Boston Globe “I was truly impressed with their songwriting and talent…Great songs, great musicians and great fun.” -Mark Seaman BBC Radio Wiltshire/Swindon .end of praise. Thank you for coming. |
