Music:For years now I have been a bluegrass/folk rock junkie. I love Neil Young, Bobby Dylan, Norman Blake, Freakwater, Gillian Welch. I greatly believe in the power of sound to heal and create. Lately I have been more drawn to drums and the ancient instruments that connect and ground you to Mother Earth. |

Books:Too many to list. If we are talking fiction I love "The Mists of Avalon" and "The Lineage of the Codes of Light". These books are great at triggering the reader to remember who they really are. I read a lot of channelled works like "The Bringers of the Dawn", and just about anything esoteric/metaphysical/healing that I can get my hands on. But with that being said, I am starting to realize that we all have all the information there is to know already stored in our very bones. We have gathered all of this information over many lifetimes. The books we are reading are triggering our memories, helping us to access this information. I am starting to rely more and more on my own s-elf for information(light). |
