This is my first true solo record. It is me. It is the product of the journey to find my OWN voice, without the help of others such as my former band "Pleasure Pause" and rap crew "Medida." I'VE PERFORMED AT: Untiy Tour 2007 (18 shows), SXSW 2005 with Matisyahu, Austin City Limits Festival, Twin Cities Festival of Hip Hop, Hip Hop + Harmony Festival, Harvest Fest, Big Wu Family Reunion, Project Earth Festival, Wakarusa Festival, Wham Bam Thank You Jam, Juliapalooza... I'VE THROWN THESE SHOWS: "Unique Techniques" every saturday night at the Laughing Cup on Nicollet circa 1998. Pleasure Pause every monday at Bon Appetit from '99-'01. "Mission Control phase 2" every other wed. at the Cabooze featuring national Hip Hop acts like One Bee Lo, Visionaries, Sage Francis and more. Hip Hop and Harmony Music and Camping festival, and regular one off cabaret showcases at the Kitty Cat Klub. |
