| My name is Ben, a life long resident of the TarHeel state. and yesss, I do believe the sky is Carolina blue. I did spend 10 years in the Army including, 2 tours in Vietnam, 1 tour on Okinawa, 1 in Germany, and was stationed twice in Virgina, once in Oklahoma, twice in Georgia, and a brief stent in South Carolina. I spent 20 years in the manufacturing field 3 of which was in Dayton Tn; 7 years at Sears, and till recent retirement I was the Corporate Director of Maintenance for a large Assisted Living company. I have done a number of things avocationally, one following my love of Astronomy was teaching basic observational Astronomy for elementary school teachers. I could go on, but why bore ya. | |

Heroes:The man of Steel of course. My high School chemistry teacher Mr. Hood. My ancestors. Mr. Richard Jonas, an everyday man, who happened to be the best man I have ever known. Several best friends who I will not go into why to save embrassing them. |
