About Me

I'm a non-educated, well, self taught composer who's been writing for about 7 years now. Some of my works have been performed but nothing has really developed as far as performance of my newer works. Composition has always been a hobby of mine, I write things for myself and only if I feel it sounds good. The names of the pieces are kindof odd, I don't name my works by titles because I typically finish a piece in a days time. Because of this I've just called them by their date partially so I can remember the time in which I wrote them so that I can reflect on the reason for writing that particular piece. In short, I'm not much for clever names nor do I feel the need to label any one piece with a meaning... I invite you to listen to them and tell me what you think it reminds you of. "May Eleventh" was an attempt at making dissonant music, while still being pleasant on the ear. Much of the structures I used except for I think the last few measures are all made up of dissonant chords. The work reminds me of a very specific moment in my life; but with all music it deserves a chance to signify a different moment to either myself or you.
