November 2008 will be here before you know it, and the purpose of this page is to help MySpace users stay current on the candidates and issues that will shape the next election, in a non-partisan way. As the last few elections have shown, it sometimes only takes a handful of votes to swing the outcome, but the difference will impact our lives for years to come. With MySpace, people (especially young people) now have a network to share ideas and information at our fingertips and a unique opportunity to make our voices heard that previous generations never could have dreamed of. Politicians know this, and their campaigns have all set up MySpace profiles to appeal directly to you! You will find links to reputable sites where you can register to vote, view current poll numbers, and find helpful, balanced information.
